THE GIRL WITH THE RED HAIR & RED TATTOO - ATLANTA, GA

The first time that I met Emily she was a princess for a photo shoot with my friends at Ever After Entertainment. Naturally, when she asked me about taking some portraits for her college graduation I couldn't say no to a genuine princess. Little did I know that's not the only reason she's a royal. As I was doing a little prep work for our session (aka Facebook stalking), I realized that I was about to have a session with 2013's Miss Georgia State. Kind of a big deal! The great thing about Emily is that she doesn't abuse it or flaunt it (although you should get her to show you her commemorative ring!). My guess is that her humility and loads of personality is why she won the lucrative crown.
Our time together was a blast! Both of us acting crazy among the students in Downtown Atlanta. They probably thought we were crazy. But who cares? We were making killer photos. It started with the school's mascot, and ended in a white dress. Many people thought I was taking bridal portraits because of that white dress. We weren't complaining because it seemed people were giving us preferential treatment as we walked ATL's midtown streets. Why the white dress? "It's kind of a tradition." Emily explained. I'm sure that it symbolizes new beginnings. Regardless, it was the perfect outfit to match the occasion.
And how about her awesome tattoos?! The coloring is almost too good to be true. And no I didn't color enhance the red of her hair or the beautiful Celtic symbol on her right shoulder. Usually, one would probably shy away from similar coloring, but the red brick and graffiti wall were too perfect to resist. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Emily is a fantastic person, and our time together was equally amazing. A few of these images are permanently burned into my memory because of the unique reds. You may know her as a professional princess, Miss Georgia State, or Emily. I will always remember her as the girl with the red hair and the red tattoo.
